These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and applies to all products and services offered by Arcane Teq.
1. General:
1.1 Project scope, timeline and guidelines are defined in separate agreements and constitute general terms applicable to all web-based related services provided by the company. This ensures clarity and mutual agreement on project expectations, deliverables and deadlines before commencement of any work.
1.2 All services and products are subjected to availability at the time of engagement or purchase. Availability may be affected by factors such as supply constraints, technical capacity, scheduling limitations or operational updates. No liability shall be assumed for unavailability due to circumstance beyond reasonable control.
1.3 The conditions, pricing and availability associated with any promotions may be modified and terminated at any time without prior notification. Such modifications may occur due to internal policy changes, market conditions, technical limitations or other operational factors.
1.4 The developer shall not be held responsible for any issues, disruptions or negative impacts caused by outdated content, poor hosting performance or client-side technical issues, misuse or unauthorized changes made by client/third parties or due to failure to comply with provided guidelines. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the developer harmless against any claims, damages or expenses resulting from such actions, including but not limited to loss of functionality, performance issues or breaches of security.
1.5 The developer reserves the right to modify, implement technical changes to any services/systems or deliverables as deemed necessary to maintain functionality, security, or compliance with industry standards. Such modifications may include updates to code, configurations, integrations, or workflows. Services may be suspended, withheld or discontinued if the client breaches payment terms, contractual obligations. The developer shall not be liable for delays, losses or damages resulting from such modifications, technical changes or suspension of services.
2. Domain & Web Hosting:
2.1 The developer shall provide domain registration and website hosting services. The Developer will ensure that the website is available and operates continuously, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime.
2.2 The Developer shall perform regular backups of the website to facilitate prompt recovery in the event of data loss. However, the Developer does not warrant that every instance of lost data will be recoverable.
2.3 Domain registration is subject to registrar availability. We disclaim liability for domain availability or issues arising from external registrars.
3. Website/Web-Platform Services & Maintenance:
3.1 The developer is not liable for downtime, errors or security breaches caused by third-party services. Updates to third-party software may affect functionality and the developer is not responsible for incompatibilities beyond their control.
3.2 Maintenance services may include content updates, bug fixes, security monitoring, performance optimization, minor design adjustments and back ups. The developer reserves the right to determine the scope, timing and method of maintenance activities.
3.3 Maintenance services do not cover major redesigns or new feature developments, hosting or domain registration fees, third‑party software/plugin license costs, SEO, marketing or advertising services.
4. SEO Services:
4.1 The developer is not liable for changes made by search engines, third-party platforms that may affect SEO performance or any damages resulting from SEO strategies being delayed or restricted by client actions.
4.2 SEO results may vary depending on competition, industry trends and search engine updates. Search engine algorithms are beyond the developer’s control.
4.3 The developer reserves the right to determine the methods, tools, strategies used in delivering SEO services and adjust in response to algorithm updates or technical constraints.
5. Tech Support:
5.1 Any timelines or estimates provided for repairs or support are indicative only and may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts or resources.
5.2 Services are delivered on a best‑effort basis. While reasonable care will be taken to diagnose and resolve issues, no guarantee is made that all problems can be fixed or that systems will be restored to full functionality.
5.3 The client agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against claims, damages or expenses arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, corruption or loss of any data. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups prior to service.
6. Software Licenses:
6.1 We offer annual, monthly or lifetime licenses (onetime purchase) and licensing accounts for single and multiple devices. Discounted rates are offered on bulk orders for business and educational purposes. Price varies according to system and edition.
6.2 Software license keys that have been delivered should be activated within 14 days of purchase to ensure uninterrupted access to the product. If you aren’t sure how to do the installation and activation by yourself, you can always use our onsite setup and configuration service. Service fee applies.
6.3 Unless otherwise specified software license keys, subscription accounts and other digital products are not returnable for cash refunds once purchased. After a license code is revealed to a customer, it is considered “claimed” & therefore we cannot reclaim it for a return or refund.
6.4 In the event, where the customer has followed all the instructions correctly and the software license key does not work, please send a screenshot to WhatsApp Hotline with the error message which shows the date and time on your device and indicate the invoice number and email address with a full description. Please allow us some time to investigate and where suited we will provide a replacement license key.
6.5 We will not give a replacement key or a subscription account or other digital product, if the terms and conditions have been violated. Please note on the following:
- If the customer has exceeded the indicated number of devices on which the key can be activated
- Customer did not activate the digital product within the given time period
- The subscription period has expired (if the license key is for 1 year, it is only valid for 1 year)
- Customer had not followed the instruction guide and/or done the installation and setup incorrectly
- There are crack tools for unlicensed software installed in customers device
- The internet connection is unstable or there is not enough data to complete the installation and setup
- Customer bought the wrong digital product by mistake or had a change of mind
